Riverpark Post, Acute, took amazing care of my mom after months of hospital stays. This was the first place where she felt truly supported. The staff, food and the doctors were all great. A huge thank you to Vickie, she gave us the help and resources we needed to care from my mom. After discharge we're so grateful!
The OT and PT staff are great! The nurses are good too. The issue is staffing and CNA attitudes. There were a couple who were nice and wanted to help without having an attitude about it, but there were quite a few who did everything to avoid actually helping. Most of the patients lay in their own waste four hours. Most of the time there are only 2 on shift for the whole building! Came in for a tour, was created immediately by the front office. Friendly and clean establishment for loved ones to come in and get treatment. 10/10 recommend this place for your loved ones.
In May 2025, I was sent to River Park in Chandler, from the hospital to recover after surgery. The place looked clean and the staff were very sweet, they dealt with a lot and had a lot of patience with the patients, being overworked ( no surprise there) and cared very much. The food was just as good as a 4-5 star restaurant. The kitchen staff is magnificent too!!!! Of course, everyone is underpaid and under appreciated and expected to work extra hours. Do not send your family members here. My sister and brother-in-law have lived there only 7 months and patient care is seriously lacking due to staff shortages. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Emails requesting where a doctor should send an order go unanswered. Now I learn that even an equipment provider for a CPAP machine can’t reach anyone at the facility and my sister’s CPAP is not being maintained properly as a result. This facility is horrible!
