Called to ask about a service as a mentally disabled tenant , inquiring about serving a landlord for mistreatment. I recieved a Ryan answering the phone with a very bitter/dry , belittling tone for not being a business. I didnt read the full details as to the exclusive service requirements, however Ryan was very prompt to inform me though if I wasnt so daft as to actually look with his insinuated lack of intent for detail - it says he cant help me. Ryan is very knowledgeable with what he does. I had initially called him to get his advice on what I can do right away to build myself a case against my tenant. He provided me a free consultation and a couple months later, I built enough of a case and he took over. He explained the steps in great detail, served the tenants promptly, represented me at the RTDRS hearing, and really just calmed down my nerves every step of the way.
