It was my 1st ever experience with Notary service in Canada and must say i took right decision by choosing NCPS. Rayan is very professional and handled our case very effectively.
On September 21, I emailed all information required and the Statement of Claim as a PDF document. Seven hours later, I was asked to complete and forward back an Email and Fax Process Service Request form, which I did the next day. Just got good news from Ryan. We Won! We got very aggressive tenants (both the woman and the man) in Fort McMurray. They ran illegal business in the rented house and was caught by police officer. After we received the notice from the police we asked them to stop the business if not move out. Then they denied doing the illegal thing and stopped paying rent and refused to move out and said Alberta Tenant Board instructed them to do so. We ran out all options, but we found NCPS.
