I got a couple things for them for my mom didn't need them and they took them back with no problem and they said Thank you for bringing them back.
Was rescheduled a few times and then the computer went down during my appointment.
My 64 yr old mother who can barely walk lost her housing benefits bc of Grace. She told us what we needed to do in order to "reinstate" her benefits. Once we did that she never answered any of my emails... We have been up there more times than I can count and she won't see us. My mother has never had a problem until now. Every time I arrive no one is at the front desk unprofessional i will be here waiting for about 15-20 minutes and when they’re available staffs are unprincipled. Vivian was the best housing coordinator here ever since things has been chaos .Gracee Keaton housing coordinator needs Performance Improvement , incompetent and inexperienced !
