Gracee Keaton the housing coordinator ! Is certainly unpleasant with her being the age she is without housing experience says a lot .she need more training , give false information ! People are going to lose housing if not already Lost Housing because of her actions / unexperienced self & unprofessional . Was rescheduled a few times and then the computer went down during my appointment.
My 64 yr old mother who can barely walk lost her housing benefits bc of Grace. She told us what we needed to do in order to "reinstate" her benefits. Once we did that she never answered any of my emails... We have been up there more times than I can count and she won't see us. My mother has never had a problem until now.
