I spent 11 days in this facility for rehab on my back prior to some other treatment. My experience deserves nothing then short of 5 Stars. I had anxiety and worry about this stay, but realized almost immediately, I was in good hands. The staff was incredible, with highly qualified doctors, physical/occupational therapists, nurses, house cleaners, food service, and certified nurses aides . Everyone was friendly and responsive to the red call button. Good choice of meals for specific dietary needs.
I visited my Sister who has been staying here recovering from illness. I found the environment spotless and the staff very professional but also caring.
Excellent care was continuously offered to my aunt for the entire month she was there. She often commented on the kind staff, which is very important to her. I was also treated with warm hospitality. Highly recommended.
This review is specific to many of the nursing staff at North Cascades. The nurses here have a tough job, with many patients that have diverse and critical needs. The nurses that have assisted me have been polite, work hard, and do a good job overall. An example of their best is a nurse named Kamaljit. Kamaljit exemplifies the best traits in nursing staff.
