My husband has been there 60 days. He went in with no skin problems. Well, he has them now. 60 days…. 2 showers. Therapy has been great. Meds have been on time. But he got a UTI there also. Now he has a yeast infection
My mom has been living at North Cascade.Health and Rehabilitation for over a year now. My family and I are very happy that she is in this facility!! She is well cared for and safe. It is very comforting to know, she's in good hands. Shout out to Devin in HR he is so kind , loving and encouraging to all of the Residents!! He goes up and beyond and gets things done! I can't say enough.Good things about him.He is such an asset and they are lucky to have him!!!
Personal care is great. Staff address me by my first name. Rehab department has been excellent. Yogesh helped me with my laptop to send an email which I’m thankful for.
Most of the employees are polite and respectful. Yogesh answers my call light on time and present with good manners.
