I am thankful for the North Carolina State Veterans Home in Salisbury. This place is truly a Home. They have a professional team of Nurses, CNAs , Physical & Occupational therapists, etc. who truly care and provide quality services to meet the needs of each individual patient. The office staff is available to help you if you have any questions or needs They also have a Veterans Service Officer who can assist you with coordinating issues with NC State, federal Dept of Veterans, and Pruitt Health issues.
