after a very busy week out of town, i enjoyed deep relaxation on ashley's massage table. this treatment provided a much needed energy re-set. ashley's willingness to tailor each session to the client's needs and preferences is very helpful. and because she is one of the only local therapists to offer 30 minute sessions as an option, i am able to reap the benefits of regular bodywork twice each month while sticking to my budget.

Ashley provided a thoughtfully tailored massage specific to my needs. She not only gave a great massage, but showed me stretches and provided other resources for stretches that would help loosen my back muscles in between sessions!

I have been seeing Ashley for massages for over a year now and she is great at what she does. I recently had my first acupuncture appointment with her. All I can say is when I left there after she was done I felt amazing. It was a feeling that I would say could easily be addictive and will be going back soon.
