Shopping for furniture once every 20 years is way too much for my husband. That’s why North Carolina furniture direct is now my favorite place to go. My husbands #1 dislike is the pushy, hovering salesman. However, We were greeted by Robert, the nicest furniture salesman ever. Very helpful staff and met all the needs and wishes we had on purchasing new furniture. Needed different fabrics and different options on showroom furniture, being patient with our selection and hospitable to our comforts. Corey did a great job and worked really hard to meet our needs. All the sales people were polite and helpful. There was no arm twisting or attempts to up sell. We ordered a recliner. They gave us a fairly long delivery time which is fine if they meet it.
We came in the store for the first time and had the most wonderful experience. Our salesperson was helpful, kind and did everything he could to help us get a good deal. He knew all the products and all the details...very knowledgeable! We bought a double recliner and we love it. We will definitely be repeat customers.
North Carolina has always had competitive prices for quality furniture. We like the fact that are selling American Manufactured products with hardwoods. The people are very knowledgeable and not pushy. They are patient and always willing to answer all questions.
Two weeks ago I started a search for a recliner and I was fortunate enough to get Karen's help in exploring the store for the recliners that met my criteria. She was incredibly knowledgeable and NOT high pressure--the perfect salesperson in my book. She also saved me tons of time since she knew which items met my criteria without having to look at labels. Me and my husband went shopping for a new bedroom furniture set and we had shopped around other furniture stores and this store is by far the best place to buy great quality furniture. Our sales guy was awesome and was very knowledgeable of what the furniture was made out of and where it was from. Me and my husband are so glad we bought our furniture from North Caroling furniture direct!
We went in to look at tables for our formal dinning room. Robert and Richard were both awesome. We bought not only the table for our formal but another for our breakfast area. And a new mattress. Thank you for everything! You guys were really great.
