Rude is all I can say. I simply had a few questions about tax fees, and despite being very pleasant, I received an extremely rude response. You all should be grateful to have jobs. Very disappointing.
I had a very negative experience with Ms. Pettiway. She was extremely rude and unhelpful during my interaction. When I called for assistance regarding our company’s withholding number, she flat-out refused to help. Instead of providing guidance or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed my request altogether.
