I had a very negative experience with Ms. Pettiway. She was extremely rude and unhelpful during my interaction. When I called for assistance regarding our company’s withholding number, she flat-out refused to help. Instead of providing guidance or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed my request altogether. The woman who helped with the glasses was very kind/helpful, and last year when I was there both people were very helpful and patient. Thank you for making a stressful obligation easier!

The most unhelpful people. No one understands where they are or what they are doing. The security guard and the desk person were nice, but still unhelpful. These people don’t know where anything else in the building is located. The lady who I met with had a displeased attitude. I don’t think she smiled once. She wasn’t helpful ether and my matter saw simple. She gave me an address to send something to that was completely different from what was on my form and what came up in a Google search.
