A horrible experience would never take my love one back there for rehab. staff blame it on being short staff, but if you are not there with your loved ones all day long, they will not be treated right their call bell will ring for 25 40 mins before somebody will even come in to the room and if your loved one is a feeder, by the time the staff comes in the room, the food is ice cold or your loved one will be trying to feed themselves myself and another caregiver was there most of the day I reported them to the state they trie... read more

My mom came to North Cape Center for rehabilitation, and I can say this with my whole heart: she was doing so well because of the all the staff here. The staff goes far beyond a job description. They truly care. They took the time, showed patience, and treated my mom like a human being, not just a room number. Now let’s talk honestly—was the food amazing?
