Having a checking account here has been a bad experience from the get go. The final straw was when they charged our contractor $5.00 to cash a check we had written from our N. Brookfield Savings checking account. That's right, they charged.a fee to cash a check written on their bank and branch!
Helpfully friendly staff and excellent services
In the past I have had great customer service here but today was a slap in the face. Pulled in a few minutes before closing because I was running behind to cash a check and as I’m getting out of my vehicle to go inside they rush out the door to lock it and run back in.
