Longer hours on Thursdays would be nice. We chose this bank because it was closer to home. I work till 5 all branches close at 5.

It is absolutely ridiculous you are closed for the entire weekend. I have an emergency check that I need cashed now. I had no choice but to receive this check by mail on Friday night. My Memorial weekend is ruined and have no groceries. I will be closing my account on Tuesday! Another disappointment experience! I've called 5 times between yesterday and today with a huge issue.
