Very confused as to why it's ok to hold a Federal treasury electronic fund transfer for 4 or 5 days when the funds are electronically transferred to the bank. Also curious as to why they don't allow screenshot to be taken of the page showing the funds are still pending day after day after day?
First time at this bank because I needed documents notarized. Joseph and the other branch representative were patient, kind, and friendly. I found them easy to talk with and enjoyed their welcoming presence. If I didn't already bank with three other providers, I'd be a customer here because of their fantastic customer service.
