Cariad at North Brook has been an excellent place for my mom. The employees and residents have been so welcoming and the smaller environment has been perfect for my mom. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly "Hello". Everyone is so friendly and they all treat my mom with the utmost respect!! Thank you all!!
I started working here at Cariad at North Brook in March, 2024. This assisted living community is very welcoming including the residents, and staff. You can call this place "home". The leadership and staff work well together in order to ensure the resident's needs are met every day. Everyone takes the time to know each resident and their family members. Every person's story matters. The activities are fun and help with the physical, mental and social aspects of each resident's lifestyle. The residents thrive because of this.
Cariad at North Brook is a beautiful and caring community. Jenny, Janelle, Amy and the whole staff are so welcoming and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!
Cariad at North Brook has an amazing team of caring individuals! It starts with their leadership on down. Jenny, Janelle and Amy are wonderful people with a caring heart for their residents. They place a heavy emphasis on building relationships with both their residents and their family. Residents can age in place as they have both an assisted living and memory care side, the community is newly remodeled and very affordable. I highly recommend Cariad at North Brook!
I love the activities and energy... Love the volunteers and staff Edit: I used to volunteer here and the whole staff was kind and respectful.
