Would not recommend to my enemy (unless I was in a legal battle with them). Letters RIDDLED with spelling mistakes and inaccuracies, had to wait WEEKS for a return phone call or email. Complete lack of confidence in this law firm. Avoid at all costs if you have a serious matter to address and need trust and confidence in your lawyer. In the end it cost nearly $3k for them to send one letter and have one phone call.

My encounter with Luke Steel and North Brisbane Law was terrible from start to finish. Mr. Steel, who handled my settlement, exhibited high levels of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a complete disregard for agreed-upon strategies. I was disappointed in the service and the costs of using this firm. I needed a legal document written and executed. The first draft did not capture many of my original instructions and intent that I conveyed in detailed example clauses and definitions. Therefore, I essentially had to pay this firm ~double~, once for the first draft and again for the re-write, including 'other' costs that stacked up because of the to-and-fro.
