Matt from NBHL had reached out, requested documentation. Followed up a couple of times as he had seem to forgotten us a lot. Can now say have not had an any type of response from him. Really poor communication and lack of interest in wanting to support us. No one else from this company has bothered reaching out too. Honest review
Second time dealing with NBHL, firstly with a refinance and secondly with a nuanced property transfer between brothers. I dealt with two different brokers (most recently Paul). The team are accessible, professional, experienced and in your corner. They will be my default broker going forward and a broker I am happy to recommend

As shift workers he always made time out of hours to catch up, check in and see how things were going. Once we found our home he had it all approved in a few days.
