I am with silversneakers every Tuesday and Thursday.Maria is really good and l went back to line dancing with Debbie every friday.Perhaps get a personal trainor to gain muscles
Everything great. Until Dena at the front desk came making up her own rules in the gym. Her contradicting rules did not follow the age requirements posted on the signs. The abs machine is broken and bends the back too much backwards.
