Only a one star because the director and co director were good. My daughter went here for two years and never enjoyed it. She would cry every single day at drop off. She also would tell me how much she dislikes it at school. Often run by teenagers and teachers with emotional issues. Had a teacher tell my daughter to “shut up”. The teachers pick and choose which students they like so if you have a strong willed child do NOT send them here cause they will be targeted by the staff. My daughter has been going to KinderCare for several years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this center! Every staff member greets you when you arrive and they are all so welcoming. The center director Francine is always there with a smile and a fun chat but most importantly always willing to help or answer any questions. My Grandson has a very hard time with any new adjustments kindercare staff are so amazing with him. He comes home so happy. Some days he goes in with a mood but then gets so happy to see Nicky & April in the mornings. The Director Francine & Shannon are amazing and great at their Jobs understanding of different family's dynamic. THANK YOU KINDERCARE!
