Visited North Berwick Sports centre whilst on holiday in North Berwick and had a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The pool, health suite and changing rooms were spotless. Will definitely be back, thank you.

I've had nothing but a terrible experience with the gym at this leisure center. Every time I try to get a clear answer or resolve an issue, I'm sent back and forth between staff members with excuse after excuse. No one takes proper responsibility, and nothing ever gets done. It feels like they're more interested in passing the buck than actually helping customers. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional – I expected better service from a place that promotes health and well-being. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Gym well maintained and cleaning stuff etc always refilled. Very good place.

Good standard swimming pool,looks clean etc, but been absolutely outrage that they charge 20p to use haird dryer, hole uk talks about health/safety etc and having to walk out with wet head obviously leads to getting cold etc no wonder half a country had meningitis, theese things definitely should be included in visit price , absolutely nuts to pay for it ( and the fact is who the hell cares cash with them theese days??)

It was clean in the lockers
