The manager couldn't run a bath let alone a care home, stay away at all costs terrible experience
My Mum, Alice Tabiner, moved into North Bay in May 2011 having suffered a major stroke. She had previously suffered from cancer and a heart attack. We thought that her stay there might be quite short. However, due to the quality of care she received from management, carers and support staff she lived until late 2018 when she passed away at the age of 97.
