2 times tried to cash checks here, and 2 times I was shot down for some lame technicality... Then I go to "Check Cashing Stores", and they come through 2 times out of 2... Lesson learned..! Skip this place next time, and just go straight to Check Cashing Stores, even if I have to drive all the way to Rohnert Park.

I called ahead to ask if they could cash a large personal check. The man answered saying that they could do it, but it would take 5 business days. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told by a lady that they don’t accept personal checks. I didn’t push the issue, because the fees (3.3%) would have been in the hundreds of dollars.

AWESOME WORK TO THIS COMPANY AND SPECIFICLY "FRANCISCO" . FRANCISCO CALLED OUR BUSINESS COMPANY TO CONFIRM A CHECK. THE CHECK WAS FRUAD! OUR BUSINESS IS DEALING WITH FRAUD THIS WEEK (HAD A FAKE FRAUD CHECK CLEAR) AND HAD TO PUT THE ACCOUNT ON FROZEN/ HOLD AND OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT SO THANKFULLY EVEN IF THE CHECK GOT ACCEPTED, IT WOULD NOT HAVE CLEARED. BUT THIS GOES TO SHOW WHAT AWESOME JOB FRANCISCO DID SPOTTING THIS FRAUD CHECK OUT. THANK YOU!!!!!

This place has employees that are unprofessional, and treat customers rude. I went in asked for info on how and what you need to get a payday loan, I came back after I had everything they requested. The individual that was helping me look lost, she asked her co worker (the unprofessional one) in a low tone for help, she just told her " just tell him he didn't qualify" she thought I didn't wasn't able to hear her.
