If I could rate lower, I would. The service provided by this legal team has been nothing short of appalling. Reception and administration staff are consistently disengaged, unhelpful, and appear to have no interest in doing the most basic aspects of their jobs. Even worse is the behaviour of certain lawyers — especially the males — who come across as judgmental, biased, and completely lacking in professionalism.
