OCT. 2025 I have just finished my treatment at North Austin Physical Therapy and cannot say enough good things about this group. My initial review in May praising the Clinic and staff stands and then some. If you are in need of PT this place will be a wonderful experience for you. The people and professionalism and the RESULTs are all the best. Best place for physical therapy! I had Dr Matthew Cronk and he was great at identifying the problem and solving it while being patient and fun along the way. The people who work here are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
I injured my knee in July 2025 and started physical therapy at NAPT for the first time in my life — the best decision I could’ve made! Nicole at the front desk is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Dr. Kambri is not only an excellent therapist but also a true source of encouragement — she helped me stay positive and maintained great communication throughout my recovery. SHOULDER FEELS GREAT! After injuring my shoulder, I was referred to Scott at NAPT by my employer. He had also worked with Scott in the past for a similar injury to mine and said I needed to check it out. I believe I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in that Thursday before I went to work. Scott assessed my shoulder using different resistance and mobility tests and determined (thankfully) that I would most likely not need surgery.
