hose bus drivers are useless; my daughter is out there waiting for the bus at 5:50 in the morning, and they always do the same thing—they won't pull in until it's time to pick her up. 🙄🙄

The training instructor, Karen Washington, came across as unnecessarily rude, and dismissive,. The way my daughter was treated during training left me very concerned about the level of professionalism and respect being shown to trainees. What was even more disappointing was the response from the staff after I raised my concerns. For over a month, I have been trying to secure transportation for my ESE child, and the experience with Broward Schools North Area Transportation has been unacceptable. Instead of working to help a student access the services he needs, I have encountered delays, poor communication, dismissive responses, and a complete lack of urgency. It often feels like more effort is spent finding reasons to deny or delay services than finding solutions.
