Overall went well they were responsible and reliable. They showed up on time. They did not have any wardrobes on the truck which was kind of surprising to me so they took it upon themselves to pack my clothes and shoes in regular boxes which I was not thrilled about. With all of the fragile things that they moved for me. Only two things were damaged. An antique floor lamp which was repairable, and the base of an antique table. I had a great experience with North American Van Lines and would absolutely recommend them. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The driver and crew were not only incredibly polite and respectful, but also genuinely friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this team if you are moving across town or like us across state lines (RI to MS).
