The transportation of my goods was fine and the driver kept me informed about the trip. The packing of my stuff was lacking. Several things were damaged including my late mom’s hope chest. The communication from the coordinator was virtually nonexistent. Very frustrating. The delivery was very good.

Pick up time and delivery time was given and completed, Trey, the mover, was in contact with us at all times, very professional move and delivery, I recommend Ray who gave us our quote and set this move up for North American !
We used this company to move from Southern Oregon to Houston, Texas and they were great! We were not able to get everything packed the way we wanted, but they were kind and helpful. Of course it added to the cost but that is expected. The teams they used in both locations were friendly and careful with all our stuff. I would recommend them and actually already have to a young doctor that happens to be moving from here in Houston to Oregon!
I was very happy with the professionalism of the packers. They did an excellent job being careful and protecting our valuable contents. Loading and unloading was done with ultimate care to prevent damage. Their system of accounting for each piece box or package was efficient and precise. I would definitely use them again.
