We had several major changes in our planning along the way and the company was very responsive to come and redo our bid for packing and moving. However, there were some issues - the truck used had a leak and it rained during the trip so some items got wet. The team unpacked all the boxes for us and there was no damage. In the end everything was perfect and this little hiccup was no reflection of the overall professionalism of the team members.

I moved to MD from KY and Chris was my team leader. He was professional and friendly, and overall pleasant and easy to work with! All the crew members from KY and MD were great as well
