We’ve used other North American Van Lines providers to move in the past without issue. These folks treated our possessions like they were hauling them to the dump. We have sold oak chairs with cracked seats, broken chairs, scratched and gouged furniture and they put a hole in our wall trying to move a treadmill out of our basement. Would not recommend.
We had several major changes in our planning along the way and the company was very responsive to come and redo our bid for packing and moving. However, there were some issues - the truck used had a leak and it rained during the trip so some items got wet. The team unpacked all the boxes for us and there was no damage. In the end everything was perfect and this little hiccup was no reflection of the overall professionalism of the team members.
