North American Van Lines did a great job with packing our house and when everything arrived at our new home halfway across the USA arrived with no issues! Both crews were just awesome. Would have been a 5 star review had some of the boxes been marked correctly to the content of each rooms. Our pots and pans, the silverware boxes were marked living room decor. Awesome experience 👍👍
North American Van Lines made my West coast move a breeze! North American was able to put on my furniture on a Tuesday and deliver it by Saturday morning of the same week. That was unexpectedly fast as we had such a large delivery window. I was immediately impressed with the service, the ease at which I could communicate with my coordinator, the ease of payment, and how all of my stuff arrived safely to my new home. This service took a lot off of my mind as we prepare to make a cross country move! Very grateful.
Coordinator very kind and responsive! Movers on both ends too great care with our things and moved them around to our specifications. The entire move from Texas to Michigan went very smoothly and happy with end result!
Great employees that was considerate of our needs. They went the extra mile to make sure our move was less stressful. Thank you all for a job well done.
The truck driver was extremely professional and ensured all of our household goods were properly wrapped and loaded on the truck. There was a minor mixup with some of the boxes that were supposed to go to storage rather than the apartment but he corrected that by making a 2nd trip to the storage unit. Overall we were pleased with our experience and would recommend them to our friends and family.
