Sales, scheduling and the driver and crews who loaded/delivered my shipment were very good. The packing crew misidentified items destined for the house versus storage which required us and McWhites to go through the shipment in the warehouse and open boxes to find items. In addition, two of the packing crew left before the job was done and the lead stayed till 8 pm to finish.
Mostly good - parts box not made or delivered with shipment
Great to deal with. Fair and honest. They loaded and unloaded quickly. Pick up and deliver were both on time and when promised
CLAY & JUSTIN, were my loaders in Alabama they were absolutely the best!! Very friendly, happy and professional!! We are experienced at moving..20 times by the pros!! Clay & Justin also delivered my household goods to storage in Georgia. Once again exceptional service especially when they couldn't unload at my unit, truck wouldn't fit, even though I was told it would by the storage company. Was the best move we have ever had David was sale person who came and talked to us great guy he knew his job .Tina was our Coordinator such a sweet and very helpful person. Then our mover Bobby was the best did a great job with our move .if we ever move again will use them for sure ..thanks so much north America van lines
