I have nothing but high praise for the entire Team. Very professional & attentive. Bobby, the driver was the absolute best. This was my 10th move, and was the best by leaps & bounds.
Absolutely awful. Charged a ton and did t even put my fridge back together or legs on furniture. They basically decided they were too tired and stopped working. We later found out the two people they hired to unload, are done as needed so they do NOT WORK FOR NORTH AMEIRCAN VAN LINES. One guy was saying he is having immigration issues, not legal to work, and barely worked. The load was left to the other two, one contractor and the driver. They were just awful. Very satisfied with their service!
Absolutely awesome! The Driver (Don) was super; managed his work crew flawlessly. The crew was superb at the beginning and at the final destination!
Sales, scheduling and the driver and crews who loaded/delivered my shipment were very good. The packing crew misidentified items destined for the house versus storage which required us and McWhites to go through the shipment in the warehouse and open boxes to find items. In addition, two of the packing crew left before the job was done and the lead stayed till 8 pm to finish.
