The packers did a great job, but when the movers came to load the truck, that's a different story! I have two large office desks that are damaged. First desk was about 6 months old and the cross bar was ripped out. The second desk has the finish rubbed off in a couple of sports (right in the front where you can see it). My couch has a metal bar protruding out of the back like it's got a spinal injury. It no longer reclines. We knew that was an issue since they dropped the couch sections a couple of times. I have nothing but high praise for the entire Team. Very professional & attentive. Bobby, the driver was the absolute best. This was my 10th move, and was the best by leaps & bounds.
