Well if there was ever is a poorly ran moving company, this is it, I have been in the moving industry for over 20 years, the two owners scot and denise are bad business. STS is a horrific Teflon racket in every way—damaged every piece of furniture, tons of unmarked boxes, lost inventory, broken items, original artwork destroyed, broken glass, crushed books, lost belts and shoes in every wardrobe and, to top it off, they left two floors of my home behind…it all went into a roll-off, the packers’ company vehicles or the buyer’s estate sale. Our stuff has taken almost two weeks to be delivered 16 hours away... No one returns phone calls or emails. Terrified from all the other reviews that if and when it gets here it will be damaged anyways. What a nightmare.
My recent experience with North American Van Lines has left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite assurances of timely delivery, my belongings arrived five days late, causing significant inconvenience. Even more troubling was the discovery that several items, including my TV, were missing likely stolen during transit cause we received an empty TV box. Other items and boxes were damaged.
