We had a great move. Jerry did a great estimate and Eli lead an excellent team of packers and loaders. Delivery in Las Vegas went smoothly and we in our new home in only 2 days
The movers did not complete the move that they were hired to do. They did not bring 9 large heavy boxes into my house. The boxes contain mirrors, glass table tops and pictures. Someone from North American Van Lines should be sent to my home to complete the job. It will likely take 2 people to manage some of the mirrors and glass table tops.
Had a wonderful experience with North American. Our estimator Jerry Durham was not only a pleasure to work with, but his estimate of our homes content was spot on. Our movers, Brandon and crew were a sincere pleasure and made the move fun with their amazing attitudes. Brandon called ahead for pickup and delivery and everything went smoothly for our long distant move from CA to WA. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and will use them again if the need arises.
Tony was our driver and he was great. He was extremely reliable and very good at what he does.
Very reliable company with good communication back to the customer. We would highly recommend for any cross country move.
