NEVER NEVER NEVER will I use this moving company again. 1st - When booking the move the sales team just tells you what they want you to hear, instead of the truth. They string you along with a bunch of industry jibberish, lying the whole time. 2nd - They don't send the right size truck to accommodate your move. They sent a previously overloaded truck to our house to pick up our belongings which barely held half our stuff. They had to send a 2nd truck out to complete our move out. The father and son who loaded my items were very nice, seems to take pride in their work, and carefully loaded the moving truck. Then for the two following weeks (while I was calling daily asking for updates) I was given zero information about where my things were or when they would be delivered. The gentleman who dropped my things off, 14 days after they were originally picked up, said my things were loaded onto his truck in a parking lot of a truck stop because he happened to be going in the direction of the delivery.
