This is the second time we’ve used NorthAmerican Van-lines to move. Sam Cavagnetto was our driver. What a nice man. Super professional and very clean. Not only did he drive but was very hands on with the loading and unloading crew. If you ever have the opportunity to work with Sam. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Sam.
We have moved over 20 times in our lives, but this moving experience was the worst we have ever experienced. The damage done to our home items and furniture was excessive, they left us with no paperwork (household inventory), did not follow procedures, and they took our 20 foot ladder (who knows when we will ever see that). They sheared off the leg of my 100 year old antique hutch, making it worthless and unstable now. They promised white glove service and I got worse service than the cheapest mover out there.
