Jillian was the most amazing, tentative and professional person who I have ever worked with in this business. She took it upon herself to help me EVERY step of the way with my cross country move. I had a positive experience with the estimate process and with loading my stuff however very poor execution when it came to delivery. I felt like I was working harder than they were to try to figure out when my stuff was arriving at the destination. They didn't call to give me an update when we surpasses the first delivery day window. Turns out it hadn't even left the warehouse and the North American agent wasn't even aware where our stuff was.
