The worst moving experience ever. Broken items still being found. Mislabeled boxes , items mixed from various rooms. Terrible mess created due to mislabeled items as well as unprofessional and unnecessary time consuming work.Worse experience ever by far. Never use N. Am.they are not the company they used to be. $27K for this disaster moving from N.Va to Sacramento, CA area.
Lindsey stayed in constant communication with us and was extremely professional. We had great communication before, during and after the move. The movers them selves were quick, clean and efficient with their time.
The process was simple. The packers showed up proceed to box and protect my items. They were quick and very easy to work with. On moving day the driver who was doing the pickup was very nice and he was very flexible on time for the pickup. The team arrived to load truck on-time and was very efficient. The delivery was halfway across country the driver gave a day and time for delivery and showed up on time. Truck was unloaded quickly and have found no issues or damage.
