From the beginning there were issues. Within a few days of my move out I was asked to postpone the date because of a driver emergency which meant I wouldn’t be there. Then after waiting 12 days for my things to be delivered I suddenly get an email from the move coordinator stating that the estimate was off by about 1000 lbs, she didn’t know what happened, but was going to charge my card an additional $1300. .
