I would never use North American Van lines again. Customer service stinks. Moving is stressful enough. Their agent will say anthing to close a deal. Then when held accountable they tell you another story. My load out date was split into 2 dates, 4 days appart, because they didn't have the space on the truck. Never got an answer from the company. The driver made arrangements himself to return after an out of state delivery and pick up the balance of the move. I will say the driver was excellent. He was the only honest player.... read more
