Good teams on both ends of the move.
By far the worst moving experience. My items arrived 3 weeks late. Every time I called everyone was clueless as to who, what, when, where. They often contradicted each other. They first blamed it on other customers refusing their move due to holiday (ok so maybe 1 or 2 days delay but 3 weeks?)
We highly recommend North American Van Lines. We were impressed by the professionalism of the teams of packers and loaders. A shout out most especially to our driver, Jared, who exceeded our expectations and was ever so thoughtful!
