ROB the estimator pretend to be a very nice guy in the estimate but when it’s coming to actual action, I would recommend you not to deal with him. He was not pleasant. We request an estimate for a full packing service and delivered to self storage and after four months to come back and deliver the item back to the house, including a full unpacking service we were even willing to rent all the blankets that they will leave with our furniture and we ask for unpacking the boxes and put everything back in the cabinets. Easy to work with and very thorough. Had a couple minor damages to items. Delivery took a week.
Absolute disaster. Tulsa group were great. Colorado Springs group off-loaded our belongings to 2 smaller trucks, did so unprofessionally, and many cherished items were damaged and destroyed. It's been over a week now, and still no word from the Colo. Springs group regarding damage assessment. Really disappointed.

The move was somewhat as expected. The Tulsa office worked with us to get an acceptable delivery date. Packers were efficient. Driver was good. The team that reassembled items at destination made numerous mistakes. Now, I am having issues getting the claim handled even though I have full replacement value. Claims process is not efficient.
