Overall, their service was excellent except some broken items during delivery.
The driver was wonderful! He communicated his timeline continuously with us, was on time and courteous. Assisting him in loading and unloading were excellent. My belongings were handled with care

My experience with moving out of state, from MO to MD was very smooth. The driver, Ed, did an excellent job of managing both the loading, with the help of two local men, and the unloading in MD also with local help. My belongings were handled carefully, with no problems or damage. I also appreciated the excellent support from Michelle in the MO Premier office.
Steve and Michelle were very professional and efficient. I enjoyed working with them. They were very quick to respond to my questions.
