Our experience with North American in Columbia was very good. Our initial contact Steve O, was professional, friendly, and informative. His estimate was virtually identical to our final cost. On moving day, our packers and movers were also very professional, and friendly. Freddy did a nice job packing, and Anthony (Ant), did an exceptional job both packing and loading. Overall, their service was excellent except some broken items during delivery.
The driver was wonderful! He communicated his timeline continuously with us, was on time and courteous. Assisting him in loading and unloading were excellent. My belongings were handled with care
