Steve and Michelle were very professional and efficient. I enjoyed working with them. They were very quick to respond to my questions.
Our driver, Roger, was excellent and his helpers on both ends were careful and conscientious. Smooth move!
The driver was friendly, very helpful, but a bit overwhelmed by the quantity we had to move. The packers at the Columbia end were very efficient, and quick. Their labeling of what was in some boxes and where the contents came from was not 100% accurate, to say the least, making it hard to find things at the Aurora end. The unloading team in Aurora was a big problem. They were friendly and courteous, to be sure. Several of them had detectable odors of alcohol or cannabis about them as they worked.
