They were amazing from day one all the way through drop off. I would 100% work with this company again.
Richard the main lead and his main helper were very friendly and positive. However more people should have been provided so that it didn't take 9 hours to pack up a small household. And there were damaged items. I agree with the previous reviewer that packing skills need Improvement particularly when it comes to Precious items. My moving coordinator was helpful. However, the movers themselves have room to improve their packing skills. Several items were broken during the move due to improper packaging and handling. My sofa was dropped down several steps, a nightstand and an end table were damaged during handling, and a floor-length mirror shattered because of packaging issues. I found the entire process to be very easy. The quote was honest and fair. The loaders, movers and driver were incredibly professional and moved cross country with no instances of any hiccups. Promised times were repeatedly met by all people in the process which was truly appreciated since I was already out of my original house needing to work on tight windows of availability.
