Clarence, the driver, was a first-rate operator and an excellent representative of North American. I don't have much faith in the logistics software used by any corporation, but when Clarence told me my stuff would arrive Tuesday, I took it as having been engraved in stone. I was not mistaken.
They were fast, efficient, all of our stuff arrived undamaged. And the truck driver was very nice. I'm happy we went with them!
Got a quote that was reasonable given the quotes from other companies. The coordination and delivery were excellent and everything arrived and was unpacked in the condition we expected! Our driver David was exceptional to work with and our coordinator Scarlett made it straightforward.
