Horrible experience, company lost my property, including 69" TV. Furniture was disassembled and nothing was returned in its entirety making the pieces useless. Boxes and plastic totes were crushed and broken, items inside damaged. Company takes no responsibility for any of it. I can't prove I have anything missing and the damage in the photos could have been caused by someone else, not their employees. The pictures don't do it justice.
Shanna Crawford, Brian Hotz, Kimberly Daughtery were the people that set up the move and moved our furniture with no complications, it was a complex move. This group made the move effortless! They have our highest recommendation. The staff in Columbus and Florida went above and beyond.
Great team work from scheduling personal to moves. All are very knowledgeable with their parts of the job.
