We have had serious issues as customers with American Van Lines. It has been a total nightmare and the worst experience with any company we have ever had (truly, ever). If we could give it 0 stars, we would. They were a month late in delivering our things and we are missing 10 boxes. So much is damaged.

Everyone was very nice and very professional at every level of the move- Tas and Kim and their team at Andy’s were terrific so was Tim and the packing crew and then Deatin and the unpacking crew in Austin- and RT Peterson was en experienced driver and a very nice guy- very satisfied!
