Driver was distracted and kept looking down that his trailer almost sideswiped our front hood if it weren't for quick reaction. Busy road and lots of other vehicles around him while he kept going in and out of his lane.
AVOID this firm like the plague. Wish could give 0 stars. I purchased the add'l $1000+ insurance to protect my goods yet they refuse to correct their mistakes, including their movers destroying an interior door to my home and dropping a new $2500 safe on the ground, making the door inoperable, claiming that since it had a small scratch on the side that it was pre-existing damage. Our move went well. Brighton was polite and knowledgeable. We did have one issue in which something was put on the truck that we specifically said should not go. Other than that, all was good.
North American Van Lines was timely, worked efficiently and just a great group of people.
