Called asking multiple times for weight certificate from the scales…. Put me off for 10-12 days …Then he said to me not too worry about weight certificates because if it’s under the estimated weight than it takes 8 weeks for you to get money back,. Great service/price/professionalism, would use again. Specifically this team was great at communicating quickly when I had questions/adjustments and this team was helpful at pickup and drop off beyond the terms of the agreement.
I was keep informed through the whole process. The driver was courteous and all business. Wish I had been more informed about items that could not be packed. Good experience.
