We had a contract for them to move us across the country on Sept 14th. A few days before, they changed our pick up date to October 8th, then to October 25th. Since we quit our jobs and cancelled our lease, it really put us in a bind. We cancelled them and found another company who will be here in four days.
Good service from movers. One chair destroyed, but no other parts lost. Some difficulty scheduling a moving time 2 weeks in advance. Overall good service at reasonable price.
Our move was carried out in the most professional manner, absolutely no breakage at all.. Francisco was our driver/manager and he did an amazing job getting all in order. He delivered our things to the new home, again absolutely no breakage. We had to add a shuttle to our storage room….it was done with care and professionalism. We would recommend this company to anyone.
Paid $35K for a split move (to 2 destinations). The NA move coordinator was a poor listener who frequently complained that he was covering multiple offices and overworked. The first packing went well, but upon arrival they delivered the wrong one of two safes. The driver then made up a story that I told them to switch at the last moment. Sounds fishy, right.
