We had a really positive experience with our move from Santa Fe to California. The team did a great job packing up our home and coordinating temporary storage, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Attention to details is important and was respected. I was confident that my move would go well, and it did.
Used David Moving Company in Baton Rouge LA for our move from LA to NM. Initially, the company was friendly and professional. However, between the packers and the movers damaging over 18 pieces of furniture, I cannot in good conscience recommend them. We filed a claim, which was a very slow process as we had to continuously check back (their response was that they had so many claims it was hard to get to us(!). Moving cross-country is tough, but this service was highly professional, efficient and friendly. Estimate (Kurt) was on the mark and a good value. The driver (Moises) was a great crew leader and problem solver. Only advice: There are many moving parts, and we felt communication about who was coming from where and when could have been a little better. Also, don't be afraid to let the pros move all your stuff. Follow the videos on how to pack & let them do the rest.
