We used them for a move from Oklahoma to Florida for my elderly mom. We did some of the packing and we had them do some of the packing of the more fragile items. They were great at communicating, did a fantastic job packing. Loading was efficient and delivery in Florida went smooth. Would definitely use them again.

The main gentlemen was extremely nice and professional however the help they had back in Georgia went through boxes and removed my jewelry. As I understand jewelry is supposed to be carried by moving party it was packed inside a box in another box and still had been stolen. Filed a claim only to be denied.
A-1 Freeman/North American moved us from Oklahoma to Michigan without any problems, arriving for load up and for delivery exactly as planned.
