For over a month, I have been trying to contact the ISO/DSO office regarding my I-20, which I urgently need in order to apply for OPT since I am graduating this May. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have received absolutely no response. I have tried everything, emailing different addresses, calling repeatedly, leaving messages and still nothing. Management lies a lot from last month I’m looking for my I-20 and every time new stories and I’m in trouble so I just want say the management is crazy don’t care every time go to office no one is working what u need to know pay them money and don’t need to come back again because u won’t see anyone

had a very disappointing experience with North American University. In 2018, I was recruited with friends under the promise of a soccer scholarship. Based on those representations, I enrolled and began attending classes. Shortly after starting, the scholarship terms were changed and I was told only 50% would be honored instead of what was originally promised.
