My mother been trying to enroll with one their courses for more than a year now. This institution is a waste of time and has no structure whatsoever! They are not even able to enroll a student into language courses not even talking about college! For over a month, I have been trying to contact the ISO/DSO office regarding my I-20, which I urgently need in order to apply for OPT since I am graduating this May. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, I have received absolutely no response. I have tried everything, emailing different addresses, calling repeatedly, leaving messages and still nothing.
