I just got recertified last month. They use to give you a couple patches and mail a certification for the $145. Nothing now . They seem like they don't really give a damn about anything . I really don't think a Nate certification even helps technicians anymore. My last time giving Nate money .....Pretty sad.
I am a Nate certified tech and have been trying to get my NATE certification copy emailed to me. After 3 attempts, they have not sent it and will not answer my emails or phone calls. Its sad that an organization that has positioned itself to be the industry accredidation for excellence has such sloppy customer service.
