Only because I can't give 0 stars. I will never deal with this bank again. Very disappointed with the out come of our dealings with this bank on our construction loan.
As a member, you would expect a mutual respect for each other. I went in to apply for a personal loan, with my son. The loan officer, not 1 time asked for my info to run a credit check or asked if I was a member. He took my son's, without knowledge of income. We waited in the lobby. He came out and announced to everyone in the bank, that he couldn't do the loan, speaking in a very patronizing voice. I asked if I could co-sign. Would not recommend, I am changing banks. Wrote a check 10 days ago from one account to this one and they put it on hold which is fine but I know that it was processed and paid the very next day! 10 days later I still cannot get them to release my funds. Ridiculous!
