It helps if they are well stocked on all chemicals, trash bags, napkins! Dietary never has the food or snacks that the residents need. They never have enough food or drinks until the week of! They need to order , have a backup plan! Not just the week of and you are waiting for the truck to come so you perform your job. We can't be professional about our job if nothing is provided. My mother was on the third floor for rehab in the Estoria building recently, and we were blown away . The entire staff was amazing. Our first contact was with Amanda and she made my mother feel so welcome and cared for. We felt comfortable right away. My mother had stayed at another facility earlier this year, which was much higher rated, and she was frightened and unhappy. I was very nervous for her to have to go to a facility again, but at Norterre she blossomed and improved very quickly. My mother put on several pounds - ... read more

I work with Katie and Crystal often hands down the most amazing people to work with they are very knowledgable about all thier residents thier appointments they even have helped and taken my calls on thier days off many times 🙂
